La cuisine angolaise est un véritable trésor culturel, riche en saveurs et en histoire. Elle combine des influences africaines, portugaises et brésiliennes, avec des plats traditionnels comme la muamba de galinha (poulet à l’huile de palme), le funge (pâte de manioc ou de maïs), et le calulu (ragoût de poisson ou de viande avec des légumes). Les épices locales et l’huile de palme donnent aux plats une saveur unique et authentique.

Angolan cuisine is a cultural treasure, rich in flavor and tradition. It blends African, Portuguese, and Brazilian influences, featuring traditional dishes like muamba de galinha (chicken in palm oil), funge (cassava or cornmeal porridge), and calulu (a stew of fish or meat with vegetables). Local spices and palm oil give Angolan food its distinctive and authentic taste.

Kudyiwa kwa Angola kele kitadi mu moyo, meva kwa mabanza ayi mambu. Yisu wakala na dya muamba ya ngulu(ngulu na mafuta ya dende), funje (dya dya bombó to masangu), ayi kalulu (supa ya makyala to nyama na makamba). Mafuta ya dende ayi vititi ya kweno vituma kudyiwa kwe Angola kuvela na dya ya nene.»
