Ukrainian cuisine is rich, hearty, and deeply rooted in the country’s agricultural traditions. It features a variety of dishes made from grains, potatoes, vegetables, and meats. One of the most iconic Ukrainian dishes is borscht, a beet soup often served with sour cream. Other popular foods include varenyky (dumplings), holubtsi (stuffed cabbage rolls), and salo(cured pork fat). Meals are often shared with family and are an important part of Ukrainian hospitality.

La cuisine ukrainienne est riche, généreuse et profondément ancrée dans les traditions agricoles du pays. Elle propose une grande variété de plats à base de céréales, pommes de terre, légumes et viandes. L’un des plats les plus emblématiques est le borsch, une soupe à la betterave souvent servie avec de la crème fraîche. Parmi les autres spécialités figurent les varenyky (raviolis), les holubtsi (choux farcis) et le salo (gras de porc salé). Les repas sont souvent partagés en famille et représentent un aspect important de l’hospitalité ukrainienne.

Українська кухня — це смачна, поживна їжа, глибоко вкорінена в сільськогосподарські традиції країни. Вона включає різноманітні страви з зернових, картоплі, овочів і м’яса. Однією з найвідоміших страв є борщ — буряковий суп, який часто подається зі сметаною. Інші популярні страви — це вареники, голубці та сало. Обіди часто проходять у родинному колі та є важливою частиною української гостинності.»
